  • 3/5/13 at 4:51 PM PST I called filmlair.com at (888) 603-4477 but the customer service agents were unavailable for calls. I will follow up once again and update with any new information as the investigation continues.

  • 2/7/13 I called filmlair.com at (888) 603-4477 and spoke with a rep who didn't seem to understand what I was trying to say. I informed her of the complaint filed against the company, and let her know how to get in touch with me. she stated she would escalate this matter to her supervisor and they will call me back in 24 hours. I will update as the investigation continues.
