On 9.23.2013 at 2:49 PM PST I dialed (800) 209-8397 and reached NAMG (owner's of Cooking Pleasure's Cutlery.) I was on hold for over 8 minutes. I sent a detailed email to: [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]; fully informing NAMG & Cooking Pleasures Cutlery of their posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I urged them to take a look at the complaints and to get back to me as soon as possible. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

On 9.11.2013 at 11:25 PM PST I dialed (800) 209-8397 and reached NAMG (owner's of Cooking Pleasure's Cutlery.) I spoke to a representative named Thomas. I fully informed Thomas of Cooking Pleasures Cutlery's posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. Thomas stated that there was no supervisor available, but took down all of my direct contact information and will pass it on to a supervisor when they become available. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

UPDATE: 9.5.2013, 4:30 PM PST I am still waiting for a response from the corporate offices of NAMG. I sent a follow up email again today to [email protected], inquiring if they would like to move forward and address their consumer complaints and two separate public business profiles. I urged them to give me a timely response so that I can update their consumers. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

I sent a follow up email again today to [email protected], inquiring if they would like to move forward and address their consumer complaints. I sent a follow up email today to [email protected], inquiring if they would like to move forward and address their consumer complaints. On 8/15/2013 at 3:00 PM PST I dialed (800) 209-8397 to contact NAMG: the owners of Cooking Pleasures Cutlery and NMG Pleasure Knife Co. I reached a supervisor named Michelle Rogers. I fully informed Michelle of the 2 separate business profile regarding NAMG on Scambook; as well as the 11 public complaints regarding Cooking Pleasures Cutlery and the 49 public complaints regarding NMG Pleasure Knife Co. Michelle took down all of my direct contact information and stated that she will pass the information on to corporate. She also thanked me for bringing these complaints to her awareness. I am waiting for a response from corporate and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

On 8/5/2013 at 3:05 PM PST I dialed (800) 209-8397 to contact NAMG. I spoke to a supervisor at the third party call center (customer service) named Jamie. I fully informed Jamie of the posted consumer complaints and 2 separate public business profiles regarding NAMG's products on Scambook. Jamie took down all of my direct contact information and stated that she will forward the information on to Corporate. I also sent a detailed email to corporate at this email address provided on www.namginc.com : [email protected]. I fully informed corporate of the 2 separate business profiles and posted consumer complaints regarding Cooking Pleasures Cutlery and Pleasure Knife Co. on Scambook. I am waiting for a response and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.
