  • I contacted BidCactus at 12:17pm by dialing (800) 243-8711 and spoke with a representative. I informed her of the profile and asked to speak to the appropriate channel in regards to this. She stated that they are not interested in utilizing our platform to investigate or resolve these complaints.

  • I called BidCactus at 800-243-8711 on 10/22/2012. Unfortunately, I called after their business hours, but I did send them an email at [email protected]. In the email, I detailed the complaints that have been posted to Scambook. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.
