  • Pura Silk is a subsidiary of The Natural Health Network. I contacted them on 7/2/2013 and when I mentioned I was calling from Scambook. My call was immediately disconnected after being told to never call them again.

  • I sent emails to Natural Health Network dba Pura Silk on 6/19/2013. I reminded them of their public profile and growing number of consumer complaints on Scambook. I await their response.

  • On 6.13.2013 at 2:50 PM PST I dialed +44-2033180464 to contact Lift Syrum Pro who is also associated with , "Pro Lift Glow", "Lift Glow Pro" and "Pura Silk". I fully informed the company of their posted consumer complaints and multiple public business profiles on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

  • Scambook called Pura Silk/ BellaGenix regarding the consumer complaints on our site but, Steve a customer service representative informed us that there is no one that can address the complaints. He did take down our contact information and notified us that they will escalate this matter to their corporate office. Currently we are waiting for a call or email back and will keep everyone updated as the situation unfolds.

  • Scambook called Pura Silk once again and the business notified us that the only way for us to contact their corporate office is by sending a letter to 2500 E. Imperial Hwy Suite 201-273 Brea, CA 92821 US. We will send out that letter and keep everyone updated as the situation unfolds.

  • Scambook called Pura Silk and spoke to a rep named Steve who informed us that no managers were on site. He knew the reason of our call and took down our contact information. We explained to him about our escalating process and the importance of our call.
