On 9/20/2013 at 4:19 PM PST I dialed (210) 821-4105 to reach the corporate offices of AT&T again. I tried to reach Nancy, a corporate customer relations Executive, but reached them after hours. I will attempt to contact Nancy again next week and follow-up with her in regards to AT&T's public consumer complaints. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

On 9.10.2013 at 10:49 AM PST I dialed (210) 821-4105 to contact AT&T. I reached the office of the president's office at the corporate offices and spoke to an executive named Nancy. I fully informed Nancy of the 179 public consumer complaints and business profile regarding AT&T on Scambook. Nancy took down all of my direct contact information and stated that she will pass it on to the Social Media Team who addresses these issues. I am waiting for a response from AT&T and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 8/20/2013 at 9:06 AM PST I dialed (210) 821-4105 to contact the corporate offices of AT&T. I spoke to an executive administrator named Ryan; in the office of the president. Ryan guided me to a website and provided me with an email address: [email protected]. I sent AT&T a detailed email at [email protected]; fully informing them of their 178 posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 8/14/2013 at 3:46 PM PST I dialed (210) 821-4105 to contact the corporate headquarters of AT&T. I reached an automated recording stating that I have reached the company after hours and I was not able to leave a message. I sent another detailed email to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected]; fully informing AT&T of their posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 7/24/2013 I dialed (210) 821-4105 to contact the corporate offices of AT&T. I navigated the menu to reach a representative but the line disconnected with me stating no one was available. I was able to get a suite number to send a mailer out to AT&T from the audio recording when I called. Scambook will send another mailer out to the new address. I was trying to navigate the menu when an automated recording came on stating the person I am trying to reach again is not available and to try again later; then the call disconnected. I sent a detailed email to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], and [email protected], fully informing AT&T of their posted consumer complaints and public business profile on Scambook. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

On 07/03/13 I contacted AT&T via email to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected] informing AT&T of their public Scambook profile and posted complaint along with all of my contact information, if AT&T wishes to offer any level of customer service regarding the complaint.
