No!No!

2/4/13 I called No!no! at (888) 525-7580 to follow up about the complaints filed against them. There was no answer, only a recording which played over and over giving me no option to leave a message. I will continue to reach out and update as the investigation continues.

1/30/13 I followed up via email to [email protected], and [email protected] to let them know "we at Scambook have the option and the duty to call Attorney Generals in all 50 states and will work with the FCC and the FTC to resolve this matter. At some point if you choose to not take action to resolve or dispute these complaints, we will assume you have no interest in doing so and will escalate to government relationships. " I will follow up with them and update as more information becomes available.

On 1/10/13 at 1:07pm PST I called No!No! at (888) 525-7580 and spoke with customer service rep Adrian 398 who was very polite and helpful. I informed him about the 7 complaints filed against the company and he said he needed to take my information so her could forward it to corporate to get resolved. He mentioned he has flagged this matter as needing immediate attention and has forwarded all info to corporate. I will update when more information is available.

On 1/9/13 at 12:05pm PST I called No!No! at (888) 525-7580 and there was no answer. I then emailed [email protected] to inform them of the complaints filed against them, reported damages and how I can be contacted to resolve them.

I contacted NONO Hair Removal at 3:57pm by dialing (888) 525-7580 and spoke with Samantha. Samantha took down my contact information to submit to the corporate office for a callback. I also sent an email to [email protected] with updated profile information and my contact information. I am currently waiting for a reply.

I attempted to contact NONO Hair Removal SCAM by dialing (888) 525-7580 and spoke with Leon. I informed Leon of the profile and asked to speak to the appropriate channel in regards to this. Leon took down my contact information and stated that he submitted it to the corporate office for a callback. I sent an email to [email protected] as well. I am currently waiting for a reply.
