  • Dear Sir, SegPay is an online payment processor for many websites. We offer 24X7 customer service and our agents are trained to only ask for the first 6 and last 4 digits of a credit card. If some reason we cannot locate the transaction based on the partial account number, email address, name, etc we will ask for the full card number. In the case of debit cards tied to checking accounts, many times there are two cards tied to the account and the transaction could have been linked to the second card.   • segpay is associated with a website called ihookup.com and a couple others www.sweetdiscreet.com - www.xxxblackbook.com - www.blacktryst.com these are all online dating websites and i actually got scammed by one lol... pretty embarassing i know but anyways i was at segway and i tried to get an account.. it said my card was invalid a few times then it said "THEY ARE MONITORING MY IP AND WILL INVESTIGATE".. what a bunch of clowns somebody destroy these fools PLEASE

  • Dear Karen, SegPay is an online payment processor. We connect into many different online merchants. We are registered with Visa and MasterCard and work with several acquiring banks in the EU and US.
