My name is April. I work for iTOK and let me first say that I am truly sorry you had this issue with your computer. I can only imagine how upsetting it would be to not be able to use, or even turn on, your computer. On top of that, it sounds like you had some difficulty when you tried to call in and get help. We use our computers so much these days so even the smallest issues can be very frustrating –even on our end sometimes.
According to our records, you were experiencing some email problems before contacting us and we were able to fix it. Everything was working fine until the next day when you weren’t able to turn your computer on. Our techs thought perhaps there was a hardware issue –something wrong with one of the cords. It looks like we ended up canceling your membership per your request and didn’t get a chance to work on the new issue with you.
I can assure you that our number one priority is your satisfaction. We are proud to say that the hard work we put into helping our customers tackle their computer issues has earned us an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. I can understand how frustrating it is to feel like after all of that work, your problem still isn't fixed, so I’m sorry you feel this way.
