  • 90% of the time when you call a customer service rep they have some sort of discretion as to whether to refund your account or not. I don't think "screaming" at a rep is a good way to go. Try being honest about what happened and the fact that YOU made a mistake in signing up for something without fully reading what YOU were getting YOURSELF into.

  • I am having the same problem been calling since late Sept., check is processed have to wait 30 days, it has been over 2 mos, the add I saw was on here and associated with the Dr. Oz show, so I thought it was credible, guess wrong, filed complaint with BBB but no response, filing another one today, perhaps if all of us complain we can get some action.

  • I just got off the phone with this company Green Coffee Support LLC and was told basically TOO BAD, NO REFUND, DIDN'T CANCEL IN TIME....so I was billed on debit card $79.99...I didn't even finish the product as it doesn't work. This is poor business and I see a lot of complaints on here about this product. Dr OZ show should be told about this scam.

  • I found a review also about Slim Optimum and Detox Pro by Slim Optimum so I decided to look it up and found this your complaint. I looked at the website of the review you found and it is basically identical to the one I found except that the reporters name is different and a few other changes.
