- Good afternoon Stacie I also had this happen to me and I really want to get my money back the money for my rent is gone I am on the verge of being homeless if my bills aren't paid. Have you been able to find anyone who can help file a class action suit? Please respond when you can.

- Cash loan usa called again, saying they tried wiring the money into my account, but the bank rejected it, now they are asking me to send $163 via money pak and they will western union the money to me, I asked for the money that I've already paid and was told the money would be used as a loan application fee, I talked to a danny and a mike!

- Do you know what name they used, to withdraw money from your accout? I'm trying to put a stop Payment on my accouny so that they can't with draw money from my account

- It's because they are a scam. They used a key logger to get your information even though you did not submit your information. A key logger allows them to see what keys you pressed while on their website, record them and use them later for their own benefit.

- I was almost taken for this scam as well. Same scenario except I read this post first.The company was called CashUsa #516-362-6611 and I spoke to Allen at x 118. If I hadn't read your post I would be out $120 right now. Thank you for posting. I hope they catch these guys.

- Tht happen to me but the company name is Consumer Payday Loan the man call me and said to call the supervisor Erica Johnson talk to her and she said i was approved for 2000 but i had to send $180 and it would be in my account in minutes didn't happen i kept calling she was answering at first then after a couple of hours pass the answering machine is on now it's sad how people take advantage of people so beware of these crooks they prey on people who is trying to get loans they really need to be stopped
