After doing some digging I finally managed to get through to one of the managers at Your Time Share Genie LLC, and he couldn't have been more helpful. Mr Knight assured me that everything was in order with my timeshare marketing and he apologised profusely for the hassle I’ve had trying to find out what was going on. The Guy even sent me a Vacation voucher for the family and me to go away for a short break as an apology. He went on to tell me that they had been suffering from a few problems with their website and that everything was now in order. I hope your problems sorted lordb, ask for Mr Knight when next you call them.
