  • Well the credit card company could not stop the charge, but told us we can dispute it. So that will be our next step. I still haven't recived a receipt for the order. They made sure I can't really proof I ordered from them. No email receipt,I'm not able to sign into the account I created on their website. All I have is that charge on my husbands credit card from royal Greenland. These people need to bestopped I don't understand how they are still able to do this! Over 40 thousand dollars in damages. I really hope they Presue this case.

  • omg!!!!!people,i am so mad..i ran across this site by mistake,to only find wat i really needed to know!i was so called looking for the coach outlet site to see where my purses are..$118.00.gone!!there was no confirmation email,number or anything.i ordered 2 purses on the 20th.and hadnt recieved anything..it was meant for this site to pop up out the blue,,i want my $ back..this is sad..a scam on hard working ppl..

  • I almost just bought a wallet from this site and I am so glad this website popped up in my google search! I will now be driving 200 miles to a Coach outlet store so that I don't get my money stolen. I have been scammed before though by a company selling pet toys so now I always make sure there is an address and phone number where I can contact someone if I do not receive my order! I don't understand how this website is still up and running though! Needs to be shut down immediately!!

  • Contact your credit card company immediately and file a billing dispute. I also purchased from this website (on 11/25/11). As soon as I hit the "Submit Order" button, I knew it was a scam. I emailed the website and immediately canceled my order. They did reply saying that the order was cancelled and a refund issued. Nothing showed up on my credit card after 3 days so I emailed them again and asked for a confirmation email sent with a confirm#. No response. My credit card company then tracked them down and they issued a refund of their own accord. The refund was processed and on my bank statement by the very next business day. Wow, that was a close call for me!
