  • Unfortunately, this happened to me too this month as well...I tried several times to contact them and nothing. Finally, I asked Paypal to intervene and get me a refund but they just told me that they can't refund me but that I should cancel my reoccurring account. so yeah it does suck.

  • I am not sure how to provide proof. They promise that you can watch streaming video, no interruptions, but only allowed me 72 minutes, and if you paused, they counted this as your "minutes". Often cutting the show off, halfway, then offering to give you access for the $9.99 for one month. I signed up, thinking I wouldn't have to use the dangerous utorrent sites, but still after paying and writing them over and over, I never could get the site to work and stream uninterrupted.
    I had to download a Livid site, then copy the show to this on my computer and watch the show from this site. This, of course, cause many viruses to inhabit my computer, and my computer crashed. Thank goodness, my son has some knowledge of how to clean these and restored my computer and it is working but I never did get to stream uninterrupted from videobb, and a lot of the programs had broken links or were not available, due to copyright infringement.
    I wasted my money, and never did get to see the programs, of course, the important ones, were always unavailable.
    I wrote several times, was told that my link was always working on their end, but never it never did work correctly. I may have saved the emails and if you have an email, I can send these. The problem is, my server only saves the emails for 90 days and I can't retrieve them myself, maybe my son can or comcast has them. If you have an address to send the emails, if I can retrieve I will send them. Thanks.
