  • I think you are very lucky that your bank denied the transaction. Mine paid out and have said that even though I have now cancelled my debit card this firm might still be able to make further withdrawals which has forced me to close my bank account. I now have to startopening a new account and setting up new direct debits for my regular bills just before Christmas.

    You must contact them asap, this is false advertising. Exactly the same happened to me but for some skin serum Answered an ad for this FREE TRIAL SAMPLE plus p&p £3:99. When I received this it didn't have any any paperwork, and then a few days later they had taken £88:56 out of my account. I contacted my bank who said I must cancel this order otherwise I would be charged again!!! I have called them on the number on the packing slip but the line went dead after a few minutes. So try this number 0207 979 2667. You will go through to the States, explain that you want to cancel this order and get if you can a policy number. Say you want a full refund and no further orders. Get them to email confirmation of this to you. I have sent my stuff back and but still waiting for a full refund as I was only offered 50%. Good Luck - you have a fight on your hands.

  • ok I'm back and mad!!! just called rev,again talked to supervisor? {but 3wks she was cust. serv} told her the prob she said she was the one who talked to me...checked my account. said the rep had given me a 1005 refund on the$99.90 charge....great! NOT!!! what about the one for$94.95?? oh you have to pay for that one .ehat do you mean? well you told me "YOU ONLY WANTED TO CANCELLYOUR ACCOUNT" yea but you didn't say you wanted a "REFUND" what??? cancell is cancell right? NOPE not with this placehad to say the magic words I want a REFUND>> you should have read the disclamer but isn't cancell cancell? no have to SAY "IWANT a REFUND!!! noe I"m not very happy and I will spread the word all over. what a rip , they got me. please don't do business with these people... marge

  • A scam that automatically bills you after your "Free trial". It is stated so in their terms and conditions so they are acting legally. Luckily I never recieved the trial offer product & got a refund over the phone but will have to send back another product to cancel that order. The moral here is read the Terms & conditions as they know people rarely do & it gives them carte blanche to start billing you.
