  • the checks generally are issued from a legitimate company. looking up the company, calling them, and asking them about the check, is simple enough. obviously, it is not necessary to even do that. the person that you are told to send the payment to is NEVER the company on the bogus check, nor is it ever the origination of the ups or fedex package
    it really requires nothing but simple logic

  • I have contacted the attorney general, new and fbi. If u do the same and everyone else that was afdectes by this company, we might get answers and help other people from going through the same thing. I myself will not change the name on my complaint due to the fact that was the name on the letter as well as the check I received. Next step for me is writing congress and the president. Good luck.
