  • Watch out for this company, I got scammed, I chose paid surveys at home, which to me to other sites, showing how to make money on line, they say they are light but I signed up with them and they took $600unauthorised out of my bank account, all they wasn't is my credit card, again if I wasn't a refund, No way!   • I am reading all this and it makes me think did i get scammed too?@??@ do you guys remember the site that you order those from??? I can't remember the site and can't seem to find it... (i know i paid $98 for three bottles), and when i got mine (three days ago), no paperwork came with it!!! I don't have bottles here with me and can't remember what exactly says on bottle... i will check as soon as i go home... but i do know it states: two pills daily preferably by meals. it doesn't say 30 minutes before meal or things like that... I am so confused now!!! i opened one bottled and start using it yesterday... Can i still returned two unopened bottle???

  • This is a "follow up" concerning my complaint. As of 4:oopm today, I received a refund from the company after contacting customer support. They were very willing to refund the funds. I received a confirmation via email stating a refund was posted to my credit card. I then contacted the credit card company and was told it may take 3-5 business days for it to actually be posted to my account. I am so pleased it was this simple. An apology to this company for my harsh words. I am confident they will come through with my request for a refund.

  • I'm also annoyed that I fell for this scam. I kept getting kicked out of the site when I attempted to place the 'TRAIL" order, so I placed the "Buy 2 Get One Free" order, which cost $97.98. I was annoyed that it would;t let me process the trail order but, I thought, oh well.

    Then, several days later I received a phone call, from their service dept (ph# 888-999-5851) whereby they told me that they're sorry that my order didn't go through, according to their records. I then stated that my order did go through and that I'd received a confirmation number, even though it wouldn't allow me to place a trail order and at this point, I wanted to just cancel the order, because this had become such a hassle. I was apologized to and told that I would have to "wait until I received the product" and then call to cancel my order. I finally received the product.

    Against my better judgement, I did open the one bottle (which I thought was FREE, as the order stated, buy 2, get 1 FREE) but, I had a bad reaction to the 1 capsule that I tried. I've now called to return all the bottles and I'm being told that i will only receive a credit (after another 2 week waiting process) of $65.33 when I return the two unopened bottles.

    I'm being told that I should have ordered the "TRAIL" size, if I wanted to try it for free and that the offer that I had purchased was not really, "Buy 2 get 1 FREE but it was purchasing all three at a reduced price". What a scam!!! When I reiterated that their system wouldn't allow the TRAIL size option to process, I was then told that yes, they had had a few bugs in their system which they've now worked out but, I can only get a credit for the two unopened bottle that I'm going to return.

    I WANT MY COMPLETE $97.98 RETURNED. THIS PURCHASE WAS A SCAM. I can understand if I used all but 5 capsules and tried to return everything but, I only tried 1 capsule from something that was advertised as, "BUY 2 GET 1 FREE".

  • I got this same product and thought the same thing. But, all the companies are using Dr. oz as part of their selling tactics.....I have been taking these EXACT same pills from Quest lab for 3 weeks and I have lost 14 pounds to date. Don't give up on these.....and i can still get my money back if i want to after 30 days. I got a number and invoice when these were sent to me.....

  • Great News! I received a full refund of $98.00. You must receive a "return merchandise authorization number," "RMA" before returning your "unopened" product. I got that number by emailing the web address listed on my order confirmation email; support@greencoffee.zendesk.com. I notified them via email that I wanted to return my unopened product. I was instructed to return the "unopened" product via USPS, FedEX or UPS and to be sure that I had a tracking number for reference. I returned the product via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. After a week went by, I contacted the Customer Care Team at (800)446-8342 (I got this number during one of our email conversations) to inquire as to when my refund would be processed. I had to provide the tracking number to the operator who verified that the product had been received and I was told that my refund would be processed with 5-7 days. It took 3 days for my refund to appear on my credit card. Bottom line, this company will refund your money but you must jump through a few hoops to make it happen!

  • With the first coffee bean we bought, I lost nothing. We bought a second bottle, which was PURE and with different directions. Been on the new for less than a week and have lost 2 pounds. The first was one tablet twice a day. The second was two tablets thirty minutes before meals, one or more times a day. I'm taking at least twice a day and sometimes three times. Now it's working. Give it a try!
