- I will be updating my complaint if I am able to obtain any more information - I'm trying to find out how to put in a complaint to VISA about this company and the VDCA Novelties - but I figure I'm out the money - am looking into just replacing the defective DVDs @ $7.99 each - yuk
Immediately contact your credit card company or bank so the charge does not go through. If you ever do receive your order it will likely contain defective DVDs (they ship from CHINA) and you will never be able to obtain replacements.
