  • As with any subscription based service, you must notify us if you wish to cancel. Simply removing the software from your computer because you found it unsatisfactory does not cancel the automatic billing agreement.

    I just want to let you know that we do not intend to defraud our customers. If you were charged, it was most likely a mistake. Please call us at 1-877-877-9944 to resolve your issue.

  • I realize this report is presently unsubstatiated as in it's only my word until documentation is provided. Visa is as we speak investigating this and they have all appropriate documentation. I just wanted folks aware of some of the nifty extortionware and their scams that are prolifirent on the net at this time.
