  • Since my last post this company have managed to get over $370.00 out of my account although my card has been cancelled and the new card has never been activated. The bank has been dragging it's heels over investigating the debits that they have allowed through my account even after the card was cancelled.
    It has meant that to ensure I am not ripped off any further I have opened another bank account at a totally different bank and am carrying on all my business through the new account.
    TO DATE I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT FOR ALL THE MONEY THEY HAVE TAKEN FROM MY ACCOUNT.
    BEWARE PEOPLE!!

  • The same thing happened to me. I've emailed them to try and get the money back - including the original 1.99. I've never received the cream and don't want it any more.

    They took $69.95 out of my account - twice! Then they returned one of them. I was appalled at the freedom in which they used my account. How dare they!

    I'm going to follow this up until I get something done. I've had to cancel my card. I use that card online and this will cause me a lot of pain and inconvenience as I have to renew a different card for all the stuff I use it for. I have websites renewals etc.

    This is such a pain and a disgrace too.
