  • I have read some of your complaints about Gen x marketing. I was very angry to see $30 removed from my checking account. After calling and getting my named removed from their services, I was given a supervisor. She explained that I had applied for a payday loan, which cost $30. Only problem I never excepted the payday loan. That did not matter to her, she explained, if you except the loan then the $30 is refunded to you. She could not tell me or wouldn't tell me the name of the payday loan company. So, I will be out $30 unless the bank will reverse the transaction. Maybe a complaint to the better business bureau. anyone have that address or number. Maybe Obama's new consumer watch dog, anyone have that address or phone number.

  • Thank you, however I ordered a North Face jacket and have nothing on email so I can't look up the correct website as there are so many of these. I do remember none of the websites had an address or phone number though so I should have known. If the jacket fit it wouldn't be too bad but knowing that I was done, I just want to send it back. Thanks anyway for the information, I am emailing all the websites I can find just in case. YT

  • Hi YT, you need to start a conversation with them on their customer support site I will send you the link. It is pretty pointless though because they will try all sorts of reasons why you shouldn't send it back and wont give you the return address. They have finally told me to send my item back but I am worried that they will not refund my money and I will pay for the postage to China and lose that too.

  • Hi Valerie. I am trying to find details for my order too but as I didn't receive confirmation of order or shipping, I didn't realise the payment had gone through until I received the item in the post! It is not the correct size and I need to send it back but can't remember the site as I tried so many so called North Face sites at that time. Do you have the website if not the address? Thank you!

  • IT SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM....READ HERE WHAT I HAVE BEEN TELLING OTHERS THAT HAVE BEEN SCAMMED.
    NEVER NEVER EVER GIVE ANYONE YOUR CREDIT CREDIT CARD NUMBER ESPECIALLY YOUR DEBIT CARD NUMBER TO ANYONE OVER THE PHONE OR ONLINE UNLESS YOU HAVE RESEARCHED THE COMPANY THROUGH GOOGLE.COM....ALSO NOT A GOOD IDEA TO GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO FAMILY OR FRIENDS...PERIOD. THAT IS YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY. CONTACT YOUR BANK OR GO TO THEM AND BLOCK THE AMOUNT . YOU USUALLY HAVE 48 HOURS HOLDING PERIOD AT THE BANK BEFORE IT CLEARS,(WELL THAT IS HOW MY BANK OPERATES) IF YOU ARE TOO LATE THEN JUST CANCEL YOUR CREDIT CARD (IT'S A LITTLE INCONVENIENT FOR US BUT WORTH IT) AND GET A NEW ONE. I HAD TO DO THAT AND GOT A NEW ONE THE SAME DAY. PLEASE PASS THIS ON TOO SO THAT WE CAN STOP THESE KINDS OF ABUSE THROUGH SCAMS.

  • I too have a problem with this company. I ordered a coast dress 'perla' and paid £80.00......a dress has arrived which bears no resemblence to the one I ordered and the quality is cheap and nasty. They've had the cheek to label it a Karen Millen dress but it's clearly a poor copy.
    Cab't get hold of anyone from this company - I've tried emailing and calling and there is no return address on the paperwork.
    Hope they get struck off - robbing people of hard earned cash is not acceptable!!
