HA! Same here. I was took for $63. No shipping info given. And my bank called to verify the charges before allowing. I'll see if it can be reversed. Doubtful.

I have received an email after the whole week of trying to get in contact from single point of contact. She advised the product has reached the US. I will keep you posted. Still no tracking. We will see

Hi,
Something similar has happened to me, ordered coast dress from coaststoreuk.net and 6 weeks later still not received anything. They send meaningless replies to my emails. Saying wrong tracking number and not to worry it will arrive. According to tracking number it has been in Shanghai sorting office since 7th october. I know this is a scam which has cost me £75 which they took from my account immediately.

Hello - i ordered from www.outletcoastdresses.co.uk last week when the dresses have arrived they are totally different colours and look awful! Did you have any luck getting your money back? They have not even replied to my email! Well mad, was £140 in total!

I owe this company a most humble apology. I waited to be proved wrong in my suspicions of a scam, and I was wrong. The shoes arrived today, and everything is as it should be. The company, Hongyangyu Co. Ltd. should look to be more professional and reassuring in their trading methodology, but they do the business for me. I am so grateful to have been proved wrong!

I have to make a grovelling apology to Fashionpay and withdraw my complaint as the shoes arrived today as ordered. Their website methodology leaves much to be desired, but they did fulfill the order. Perhaps I was over frightened by the number of dissatisfied customers on scambook!

i went through the same thing with some glasses i orderer and im annoyed that i cant get ahold of them its all a scam and i cant find a way to get my money back thats what has me more upset that they scammed me and other people as well they need to put a stop to this and if theres any one out there that can give me some advice i would really appricate it :/

Asa, if this really your name. If this site is legal than why are you cheating people by sending them cheap knock-offs and claiming that is genuine?furthermore, why are you not responding to complaints from customers who were cheated thinking they are buying genuine products?

FOLLOW UP: Rec'd shoes via Chinese shipping. Shoes came without box, just packaged in shipping envelope. Shoes not ones I ordered. They are counterfeits of name brand. Uppers made of some sort of styrofoam or thin neoprene & soles appear made out of the same material beach ball or pool raft made of. Surprised they didn't fall apart in transit. Company requirement for refund: send back in same condition/same packaging. Don't believe I'd see refund. Company run by genuine racketeers. Filing dispute with credit company only solution.

I fell for the same thing! Although I received the boots and they're fake. The address label on the package is written in Chinese. The FBI has an online site that you can report online fraud to, so I just completed that.

I agree! I've had no response at all for over a month! Ive checked the site several times each week for changes at all & I've made copies. I ordered the day after christmas. It was immediately taken from my acct. Ive been highly convinced its a scam! I've sent numerous emails & my acct still shows paid not shipped. I wish these ppl can get something done to them bc this is not right! I'm highly pissed that I've been scammed out of money. Their web address isn't even available on google anymore.

Hi la_akn,

I have tried calling the numbers as well, but there is only a voicemail. Did they understand much english or not? I am trying again later to call them, but I am not sure if they will really refund the money after all they got it by stealing and fraud!
I also got scammed :(
