  • why doesnt anyone listen!!!!! the agent and the company are not one. that agent who you spoke to also sells life insurance, homeowners insurance,and car insurance. if you have a legitimate complaint against an agent that has nothing to do with the company itself. why doesnt anyone ever understand if you dont fully understand something or know what it is WHY WOULD YOU GIVE OUT YOUR CREDIT CARD, CHECKING ACCOUNT AND DEBIT CARD INFORMATION. that is so irresponsible on your part and then you want pity after you realize your $200 plan wont fully cover you! FYI no $200 plan no $150 no $90 plan will fully cover you. the plan you guys were purchasing was a limited medical indemnity plan try googling it for heavens sake before saying something is a scam. i signed up for a health insurance plan that was $50 oh but they told me everything is fully covered so im going to go get my knee replaced and have no doctors bill. there are people spending $2000 on health insurance a month and they still have to pay something. what makes you all so special that you pay $200 and expect for everything to be free?

  • NO they are not scammers. you may have been calling your agent when on the voice verification it tells everyone to contact customer service after your purchase. you senior citizens should pay more attention to what you are purchasing before giving out your billing information. if you called the correct number they would have sent you your email. most of the time the email the agent puts in for the members isnt accurate and is misspelled. you cannot call a company a scam without a thorough investigcation of it.

  • once again you did not read your materials. it does not say your medications would have been 100% covered. the plan you purchased was an indemnity plan with a limited amount of benefits. NO INDEMNITY PLAN WILL PAY 100% FOR ANY MEDICATIONS there is no way around that. ALSO, how do you use something and expect a refund? thats like walking around in a pair of shoes for a week and realize they are not comfortable and want to return them. if you sold a pair of earrings to a customer and your return policy clearly states there is no refund once the merchandise has been worn, and someone comes in to return a used pair of earrings would you give them your money back? NO. they told you once you use the policy there is no refund and word of advice you get away with getting a refund if your polite. but if you call being rude and nasty no one will want to help you

  • yes...USA Select Choice are scammers...I can't believe I fell for it...just seeing an affordable health plan blinding me to the saying "if it's too good to be true it's probably not legitate...no return e-mail with downloadable info....so far no call back and probably nothing in the mail will arrive...thank God I put a stop on my debit card..how can you people live with yourself scamming senior citizens like that....shame on you....

  • I was called by USA Select, who said that they would accept my wife and I even though she had cancer 2 years ago. They tried to pressure me to sign up immediately, at a cost of about $200 less than my conventional insurance plan. I was a cop for over 30-years and know a scam when I see one.
    When I told him that I would not sign up without checking them out, his whole attitude changed. Obviously a commission salesman.

  • Submitting an anonymous false advertising complaint because a representative gave you the courtesy of telling you she could not call you back when you requested is both slanderous and cowardly as no false information was given to you. She would first have to submit your information to a licensed agent who would have to get some personal information before sending you the appropriate links. It appears that you were the one doing the rushing and sending you information on an inappropriate plan would not be professional. Health insurance is not something one can make a blanket request for as there are thousands of different plans and many people do not qualify for major medical insurance or otherwise can't afford it. An agent must therefore ask several pertinent questions before sending the correct information.

  • So the insurance company decided to do a preexisting review and deemed that my hospitalization was not a covered benefit because it was not an accident. That hospitalization due to illness was not covered. They didn't cover any of the cost of the hospital bill, doctors..Nothing! The hospital ended up giving me an uninsured discount that dramatically knocked the price down from the original $30000 to $2900.00. I have to say the hospital was much more generous. This insurance company is completely worthless. Takes your premiums and gives nothing in return.

  • Right on, this is exactly what happened to me. These commenters are full of it, look, the USA Select agents are trained to lie. They play smoke and mirrors with you. They indeed try to say everything is covered, they then try to do everything real fast. The agent who sold me insurance said the most I would pay for prescriptions would be 20 buck under the highest tier. But that is not true, most prescriptions are in a third tier, which is not covered. This will cost you full price, or 20%. This is a joke, I can get that for free with a discount card. Then they said doctors visits were covered. They also tried to say their third party person was lying about using the insurance within 30 days of enrollment. I cannot eve tell you how many times the agent lied to me. Do yourself a favor and stay away.
