- Yes they did. I had to call twice and wait on hold for a while. But they did answer and are going to give me a refund. They gave me a confirmation number and sent me an email.

- I finally got through to someone on the phone. They are going to refund my money. They gave me a refund confirmation number and stated that it will take 7-10 business days to be refunded to my account. I also requested an email confirmation for my records. I will update when I have received my refund.
