  • AND YOU WASTING YOUR TIME IF YOU BOUGHT ANYTHING ON LINE OR APPLIED FOR A LOAN THATS WHERE THEY GETTING YOUR INFORMATION I HAVE BEEN EVERY AVENUE FBI TO ATTORNEY GENERAL ONLY WAY TO STOP THESE SCUM BAGS IS REPORT A COMPLAINT WITH FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION 1877-382-4357 CANT GET ANYONE DO FILE A COMPLAINT SO EVERYONE STOP COMPLAING YOU NOT GOING TO GET IT BACK AND COULD HIT YOU AGAIN PUT A DESPUTE WITH YOUR BANK ACT QUICK THE MORE WE FILE A COMPLAINT THE SOONER THEY GET CLOSED DOWN AND JAIL I CAN TRACK ISPS BUT NOT A TOW FRR NUMBER DONT THINK THEY EVEN IN NEVADA

  • they will not pay you anymoney please everyone fill a complaint with federal trade commisin telephone number is1855-3824357 fbi bbb attorney general will do nothing federal trade commision will at least shut them down and proscute but has to be more then me that puts in complaint i can track any computer where ther at but caNT TRACK A TOLL FREE NUMBER THEY ARENT EVEN IN NEVADA PLEASE LETS GET THESE GUYS IN PRISION IF YOU BOUGHT ANYTHING ON LINE OR APPLIED FOR A LOAN ON LINE IS HOW THEY GETTING YOU BANK INFORMATION PUT A DISPUTE IN RIGHT AWAY FOR FRAUD ELECTONIC CHECK FRAUD OR THEY WILL CONTINUE

  • Just got off the phone speaking to yet another "Agent" this time it was "Agent 169 - Tanya" and after exploding on her and telling her that I am aware that Capital Advance has many complaints and requesting to speak to a rep in their billing dept. since that is the line I have been told on several occasions that we are sending your request for a refund to the billing dept., "Agent 169" told me that the billing dept. does not take calls, and I told her that I have never heard of a billing dept. that does not take calls, so I demanded to speak with a manager and Gwen Davis who stated she was the manager put me on hold and when she returned to the line she said she had contacted the billing dept. and that I should have my refund in 3-5 business days. I told her if the money was not in my account by 7/12/12 that I would handle it, but I am not going to wait until 7/12/12 to handle it I will do what I have to do. They do not want to tell you the name(s) of the higher ups at this company or connect you to the billing dept., which I told "Agent 169" was some bs and that they are telling people who have requested refunds the same thing and that this company is a scam, but they got the right one this time. Gwen Davis assured me that they just want customer satisfaction, so if my money is refunded by 7/12/12 then I will be satisfied. I'll keep you all posted.

  • FILE WITH THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION I TACKED ISP FROM PUTER FROM EMAIL SAYING I WOULD RECEIVE MY FUNDSDONT EVEN THINK THEY IN NEVADA TRACED TO DALLAS TEX GOT CAPRICE ITS A FEDERAL CRIME THEY NOT EVEN FROM US CANT HARDLY UNDERSTAND THEM ON THE PHONE CANT TRACK TELEPHONE NUMBER BECAUSE ITS A TOLL FRR NUMBER GETTING A WARRENT TO GET THE NUMBER CONTACT FEDERAL; TRADE COMMISION THE HAVE THE TOOLS TO TRACK THEM THEY GOT YOUR INFORMATION IF YOU EVER APPLIED FOR A LOAN ARE BOUGHT SOMETHING OVER THE INTERNET
