The cable survey requires installation to get credit. If you feel you have completed a survey and it is not showing as Approved yet, please send us a print screen attachment of the confirmation email or confirmation page sent by our advertiser to you, so we can go back to the advertiser and ask for approval for credit.
When a survey is completed, the advertiser will send you a confirmation email or confirmation page. (like-your product shipped on XXX date,etc.).
If you have not received a confirmation email or confirmation page, you may not have completed all the requirements necessary to receive credit.

-press it once when you are viewing the page you want to copy, and it makes an image in memory;(you will not see anything happen), then paste that image onto either a WORD document, or by using PAINT, and save it as a .jpg or a .pdf file, then attach that file to a support ticket.

Inboxpays paid emails-
We have made a change to our cash mail credits. This has taken effect on 11-10-2011. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
We provide the cash mail credits to our members as an added incentive for taking offers through InboxPays.com. Due to a high volume of users who are only cashing out on the cash mail credit and not taking any offers, we have to make this change. If we were to continue making payments for cash mail credits only, the company would no longer be in business.
Payment requests are made in the amount of $50. This amount can only have a maximum of $25 for the cash mail credits. The other $25 must be earned from completed and approved offers.
You can find any cash mail credits that are over the $25 limit in a new section labeled “Carried cash mail credits” on the “My Account” tab. Any future cash mails you receive will show under the “Carried cash mail credits” section in your account.
These credits are being held until you have cashed out at the $50 threshold. This carried cash mail credit section has no limit for the amount you can earn. You can only receive $25 of cash mail credits at a time toward your $50 payout.
After you cash out for $50. the next batch of accumulated money mails will populate into the approved amount. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience.
These instructions are also listed and highlighted in yellow when you create a new support ticket.
What we do say is there is a cap of $25. allowed per each $50., payment.

All payments are made in multiples of $50 USD. For example, if your balance is $52.70, you will receive a payment of $50 USD. If your balance is $102.70, you will receive a payment of $100 USD. In both examples, the remaining $2.70 will remain in your account and count towards a future payment.
Please Note : Certain requirements are necessary in order to paid out. You must have a MINIMUM of $25 approved from offers and/or Spin Wheel credits, only a MAXIMUM of $25 in Cash Mail credits is allowed per payment request. Cash Mail credits exceeding $25 will still accumulate under Carried Cash Mail credits and will be eligible for future payment requests.
All payments are made directly to your PayPal account on the 1st or 15th of every month after the mandatory 30 day wait period from the day you submit for payment if phone verified.

"You can keep your $39.76 and shove it up your ass you need it more than I do."
