  • GOOD LUCK! I was told I had 14 days to contact them about returning the order.I didn't get it till the 15th day.They told me it was up to me to inform them I hadn't gotten it in 14 days.After much back & forth,they did offer to put a refund of $40 into my account..I just wanted my account closed.They assured me it was.....Guess not,because last week I was called and offered $100 in coupons for future orders! After a few choice words,I rudely hung up on them...
    Again,Good Luck.....They do have the upper hand.Small print at bottom of their site about 14 days,I did not see.
    Please keep this site informed.Did you like your FREE perfume? I did not.But could not send it back.

  • After several back and forth email w/FondScent Billing,I was told I was charged because I never complained within the 14 day free trial. I didn't get anything till after the 15th day.I asked how could I return it,if I didn't have it.I was then told it was up to the customer to inform them if it was late.HUH? I had no way to inform them. After much back and forth email w/billing,I was told as an act of courtesy,they would refund $40.00 to my account! I wanted my account closed and sure did not want $40 in an account.I feel I was scammed once..shame on me if it happened twice.I told them to keep their $40.00 and just close any account they had open for me..The last email from FondScent was"We offered you a refund of $40,and you refused.YOUR ACCOUNT IS NOW CLOSED!" Lesson learned,No such thing as a FREE TRIAL!

  • The same thing happened to us. I took advantage of the same offer for "designer" cologne and it turned out that it was an imposter. They sent me a receipt stating that my checking account was being debited $5.99 for shipping on July 27, 2012. I received the item later that week. All of a sudden, Monday - August 20, 2012, there is a debit for $95, which overdrew that particular account, from the same company. I have never reeived anything in advance, indicating that a $95 debit would hit my account. When the $5.99 was debited, I received an email confirmation of that debit. When they STOLE the $95 from my account, they did not bother to forward anything confirming that they had debited my account, nor any indication of what it was for. Now WE have to go through the trouble of cancelling that card, waiting for a new one, filing a complaint an waiting for the charges AND THE FEES to be reversed! how crazy!! The bank is really great about it because we have a few different accounts with them, but we are NEVER overdrawn and that's how we caught it so fast.

    The product is a knock-off of Euphoria by Calvin Klein - which you don't know until you receive it. The whole thing STINKS!!!! LITERALLY (especially the fragrance)!

  • After finally hearing from them & arguing with the billing dept over several emails, they agreed to pay me back $55.00. I gladly accepted, but still would like the other $40. It will be like pulling teeth to see that ever again. They refused to give me a return address, stating because I did not contact them with in 14 days of purchase, a RMA could not be issued.
