  • I hope you get your money back from the bank soon. Back in July of this year, I was hit by the same scam. I had the bank file a fraud complaint for me and I got my money back. I thought that was the end of it until a few days ago when I got another "credit card" from USA Credit, welcoming me as a new customer! I called them and discovered that, while they had canceled my original 'membership' on July 15, they opened a new account in my name on July 16! This time, they have only gotten $14 from my account - in August. It slipped by without my noticing it. Luckily, I will be able to have the bank refund this $14. Please watch for this same double scam. I don't want the same thing to happen to you!

  • Call this number tell them you didn't want this and you think you deserve a refund. Have your banks telephone number, they did a conference call to my bank with me on the line and I was refunded my money. It was deposited the next day. All though there is a 35.00 application fee that is non- refundable I still got the majority of my money back.If you have an overdraft that will be between your bank and you how to handle that.Have day and time of transaction and check number as well.

  • I have the toll free number that my bank gave to me for this company here it is : 800-685-9354. I was on hold for about 30 min untill i gave up and hung up the phone havent tried to call back yet not sure even if i would be able to get through to them.

  • I had the same thing happen last week! I contacted my bank and they advised me to call the 800 number first. I contacted the number and got an automated voice asking for a 16digit acct # which I didn't have, or my SSN, which I wasn't going to give. If you stay in touch with your bank, they should be able to dispute the claim and you will get the entire amount back. I've been told that if you try to 'negotiate' with USA Credit, they will only give you back a portion of your money.
