I had the same thing happen to me. The fine print is just that...FINE. Not long after paying five dollars for postage, $97 was taken out of my account..this happened a total of 4 times by 2 different companies. I reported this to my bank as being unauthorised transactions and within a week they put all the money back into my account,sent me out a form to sign so they could follow up the case and the rest is history.. On the back of some bottles is the website...You can contact them and tell them to send no more!! Please..contact your bank. You WILL get your money back..I did :)
Remember you need a new RNA number for every item shipped individually. they make it so difficult in the hopes people will be too frustrated to bother - but if you don't bother you don't get the refund. They're sly bastards.
8. BILLING ERRORS
If you believe that you have been billed in error, please notify our Customer Care Department at

If we do not hear from you within 30 days after such billing error first appears on any account statement, the billing will be deemed accepted by you for all purposes, including resolution of inquiries made by your credit card issuer. You are deemed to have released Yknot Global, Ltd. from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to Yknot Global, Ltd. within thirty (30) days of its appearance on your credit card account statement.
