  • i also have been fooled but yet i did recieve my tablets but only the biocleanse. I tried the number on the bottle but disconnected.I've now notified the banks and they have cancelled my card but plz ppl take note they have a different name every time they take money out of your account so the bank is now working on reteving my money

  • I just contacted the billing office (shown on my bank statement) and went through an online chat with good results. I was told that the account was canceled and that I would be refunded the money taken from my account. I do not have to return any of the product I never ordered. Try it!
    Look at the listing for the product on your credit card or bank statement - on the bottom line you should see a dot.com listing and a telephone number. Use the dot.com to get on the chat line. You should be able to get a refund. Read my chat - I don't know my number but I filed it today 6/9/12. Good luck. If you need to you can email me with questions - [email protected].

  • Thanks, Roxanne. My bank says their credit card facility will file a dispute but the maximum they can get back is 3 months of payments. I note that Rainmaker, the distributor, has broken the Terms and Conditions of use in two ways.... one, they have charged me US$16 dollar more per order than the agreement says and two, they say they will only accept returns if I give my RMA number but they have never given me one nor do they put a packing slip or invoice in the package with one. Nor did they ever send out an order confirmation which might have had an RMA. They obviously make it impossible to stop the orders or get a refund.

    I had the same thing happen to me. The fine print is just that...FINE. Not long after paying five dollars for postage, $97 was taken out of my account..this happened a total of 4 times by 2 different companies. I reported this to my bank as being unauthorised transactions and within a week they put all the money back into my account,sent me out a form to sign so they could follow up the case and the rest is history.. On the back of some bottles is the website...You can contact them and tell them to send no more!! Please..contact your bank. You WILL get your money back..I did :)

  • FYI... They keep send stuff out and don't cancel if you just return to sender. They have a returns procedure. Ring Customer Care on the numbers provided in this group and demand an RNA number for every single shipment item. IE...if you get Bioslim and Biocleanse you need two numbers. You mark this number boldly and clearly on the external packaging for their shipments and return it to the address they give you on the phone which is PO Box 2999, Riverton, Utah 84065, USA. There is a long winded conversation to go through but you have to do it - they won't authorise the refund until they receive the product back USING THIS EXACT PROCESS.
    Remember you need a new RNA number for every item shipped individually. they make it so difficult in the hopes people will be too frustrated to bother - but if you don't bother you don't get the refund. They're sly bastards.

  • It's up to you, the consumer, to read what the charges will be. Just because you didn't read it doesn't mean they scammed you. They give you a trial to see if you like it, then if you like it you get charged for the product after the trial ends. If you don't like it, send it back and no further charges will be incurred. This is the way trials work...what you people were looking for is a free sample....big difference.

  • Yeh I have had the same problem. You get charged for the product before you even get to trial it. I managed to get a number and cancelled my account only to find that I had "supposedly" ordered something else from them and I asked her if she could tell me how and when but she couldnt. There are a few contact numbers listed when you go to the sign up for free trial page scroll right to the bottom and there are a few words that are links. Click on Contacts and it should bring up some numbers. Hope this helps. I wish I could have reached through the phone and strangled them.....makes you mad when people take advantage of you like that. Good luck.

  • Found Via consumer affairs the terms and conditions of sale for this scam. Search Bioslim Terms and Conditions in your browser. Read part 8 and do this. The number here is in Australia. In short if you complain within 30 days of your credit card bill they agree to refund. BUT YOU HAVE TO COMPLAIN... Been told my refund is coming by cheque (I cancelled my credit card).
    8. BILLING ERRORS

    If you believe that you have been billed in error, please notify our Customer Care Department at
    02 91912796 immediately. If we do not hear from you within 30 days after such billing error first appears on any account statement, the billing will be deemed accepted by you for all purposes, including resolution of inquiries made by your credit card issuer. You are deemed to have released Yknot Global, Ltd. from all liabilities and claims of loss resulting from any error or discrepancy that is not reported to Yknot Global, Ltd. within thirty (30) days of its appearance on your credit card account statement.
