  • As of this date 11/08/2012 I have not received a refund and I am being harrassed by collection agencies and a attorney about the payday loan I never took out. I reported this all to the attorney general about idenity theft because they have all my information. The attorney told me they are taking me to court but I never received anything in writing just harrassing calls.

  • I also got a debit for $30 and have asked for refund, and they give me the round around, when to bank, and my banker looked this up and informed me it was a scam. I was trying toget a py day lona, and didn't nt get one, and I also have calls saying that I am deliguent on a loan that I never got, also, recd in mail that someone was asking for a credit card, in my name and I never applied for one, thank God, they turned my down!! I have to watch my accounts very carefully now!!

  • good info, i just talk to someone but have no records of my name, i have to call back in 24-48 hours. i sure will call back, and i better get my money back too, otherwise i will have my attorney make the call. im glad you got your money back. this company needs to be shut down, no one has authorize this transaction from reading all the complaints.

  • I was lucky my bank had online fraud claim I called them they refunded my 30 back. Please see if your banks have the online fraud if not then I would suggest switching to Wells Fargo if your not with them one small call and me explaining my situation took care of this problem I was refunded the 30 back and they are wonderful praying for the rest of you I would still like to press charges against these people who can do this its not right

  • I also checked my bank account after taking out a payday loan which I have done in the past when I checked to see if the money had posted to my account I saw this entry for 30.00 from Caprice I did not give them permission to take out anything do not even know who the heck they are just waiting to call my bank since its still to early yet and have a few minutes til they open. I didnt take out a payday loan cause I wanted it I needed every penny of it now because of this company taking out what does not belong to them has left me 30 short on an emergency bill. I want my money paid back and want it paid back now not next year

  • I do not intend to "prove" this by sending my bank statement or any other personal info TO ANYONE at this point. Seriously, how stupid do you think we are? My bank is on this but I just wanted to help get the word out about these rip off artists! What slime-balls to be doing this to people who are in dire straits financially(or they certainly would not be attempting to obtain a loan from these outrageous loan sharks!).
