Scambook has reached out, and spoke with, this company many times and made them very aware of the compaints and how to address them. Despite that knowledge, there has been absolutely no action taken to address any complaint, and no contact back whatsoever.   • First off I'm sorry that this happened to you, they did pretty much the same thing to me. If you look at profile you will my complaint, they seem to be scamming everyone. I recently Purchased a Clutch Kit from them It's been 16 days they still haven't shipped it. When I first called to order it the guy on the phone seemed very nice, and he assured me that the item was in stock and that it would be shipped the next day.

    Today is July 13th (16 Days after my purchase) I still haven't received my parts, I called them only to get yelled at on the phone. They won't reply to my emails. Today I called my credit card company and opened a dispute, Capital One provided me with temporary funds to cover the amount scammed until things get resolved.

  • I have ordered from maxpartslist.com before. The customer service was great. I ordered shocks and when they arrived USPS had damaged them on their sorting machinery. I emailed maxpartslist.com, and told them what happened. They sent me new shocks free of charge, and told me to keep the damaged shocks for spares. I would definitely do business with them again, and even recommend.

  • Good try Hugh/Will, You guys are horrible doing your customer service. No matter how frustrated you are with a customer you don't yell at them. Under no circumstances do you ever hang up on a customer or refuse to talk to them or answer their calls. That's not how you run a business, you will be hearing from our attorney.

  • First there was no unauthorized charge, you ordered your parts. Second you were told the second part would have to be ordered and it would take a few weeks to come in and you would be emailed a tracking number. Third you received all of your parts you ordered.Fourth, we spoke to on a daily basis about your order. Your credit card company agreed with us as well. There are very few Chinese parts companies with any parts at all for these units. We sell all of our products at wholesale prices and to be able to maintain our low prices we are not set up to take 35 phone calls because a customer is impatient and was told from the beginning it would take a few weeks. Now all the importers that bring parts in when they bring their units in are now being held in customs which means even less people will have parts in future. Good luck finding any other parts you may need.
