    The application from is straightforward and is shown over three pages, with the following needing to be completed before any details can be processed or our administration fee can be taken:

    - Terms & Conditions box at the end of the first page must be ticked to say they have been read and understood.
    - A dedicated page that captures debit/credit details, including information of our administration fee, our refund policy and when we will take payment, also needs to be completed.
