- I called 1-800-371-0168. They are supposedly based in Oregon. I got through, cancelled any future orders (since this is an auto-ship scam) and received an e-mail verifying my call. However, to be on the safe side, I cancelled my credit card account and had a new card/number issued to me. Unfortunately, I did not escape the $89.90 charge for the first auto-ship. They may have made a mistake, because they sent me 2 bottles. Try the number but I suggest cancelling your card to stop them from getting anymore of your money.

- This complaint is invalid and without grounds. We researched the information here and it is to the best of our knowledge completely false. No e-mails or voicemails for anything around or on that date for that amount and this complaint doesn't even make sense! We suggest if this is a valid complaint, to actually contact us. Otherwise Scambook should do a better job of screening these blatantly false complaints! Problems can happen at any time, and when they do, we bend over backwards to resolve the issue. So this leads us to believe this complaint is without merit.
