Incredibly paypal ruled the claim in his favor because (at least in italy) paypal protects you if they don't send anything, but if they send something to you they are okay, paypal don't care what they send to you.
I said I received a pen instead of 3 pairs of shoes...paypal said : it is not our business, the rules don't protect you anymore.
So i thought I lost my 180$ ... So i tried to contact my credit card company, I sent them all the documents I had (including paypal's stuff )
After a day the credit card company opened a claim (chargeback) for the transaction, i had my money back and paypal could not do anything to stop my refund !
so If paypal does not refund you, contact immediately you credit card company
