  • They do not have a legitamit address you will get it returned to you. You may have to close your account unless your bank can stop them from debiting your account. I had to close mine. When hydra fund tried to debit my account and couldn't they immediatley turned it over to a collection agency-So, I had the bank make a money order out payee Hydra fund for the exact amount deposited ( 200 ) and simply wrote a letter explaining I did not want this loan nor did I authorized or sign anything to do with it. That way I had an address to send it to ( collection agency )and I made sure I sent it certified so I would know they recieved it. I have not heard from them since and this was August of this year.   • I'm going thru the same thing. I've never even heard of these people. I tried to talk to them and tell them I didn't apply for any payday loan and that I don't know how they received my info. The guy just got louder and louder and wouldn't let me talk. I'm so confused how these people got my info. They've even been harassing me at work- 30-40 calls on my cell a day. They're making me crazy. I just want to give them their money back and make them leave me alone but they're making it so difficult. Said I gotta pay fees for something I never even requested OR approved!!!

  • I just had the same happen to me, I called their 800 number and told them I did not want the money and to reverse the charges. And as long as the loan wasn't touched they just take their 300 and go. They said they would it would take a few days because of the holiday. This morning when I went to check my account 30 dollars was gone, which I assume was from them as I have been spending no money to make sure the money was there for them to take. Reading all of these complaints doesn't give me much hope as I haven't found one that has been resolved. I'm going to give them until Thursday and then I'm shutting down the account. I am too broke right now to have any kind of money taken out of my account that is not for use to pay for my expenses.

  • I had the same thing happen to me on the 9th and called and asked them to take back their money. This morning when I woke and checked my bank account 30 dollars was missing, which I assume is their doing. That puts me under the 300 they gave me, I get paid on Thursday so hopeful they'll at least wait until then to take back their money, I have a very bad feeling about this.

  • I got up this morning and there was $300 in my account from this company of course it was unauthorized like you....here is the number that I actually was able to get a hold of 1-800-302-5282 and they said they were going to reverse it and I would get a confirmation email....which I have not gotten yet to be honest I never got any emails from them at all so how they got any of my information I am unsure of....I am really pissed and feel almost violated.....they said they would take back out the $300 in approx 2 days but I don't know if I wait or go in and close down my account all the way......

  • I went to my bank and talked to a customer service person, who called Hydra Fund customer service and they agreed to take the $300. back and cancel my loan, that I never authorized. According to them and also the bank's customer service person, it is legal to do this when you apply for a loan online. Multiple companies get you application and they can automatically give you a loan and sign your name electronically. Doesn't seem legal to me !

  • Yea my bank temporarily stopped them from withdrawing money and did an investigation, but somehow found them legit(Inappropriate Content Removed). I may have to just close my account but then they might just sue me, I don't know what to do man. No one seems to have a solution.

  • If you call 888-302-5351 and dial 1 just tell the customer service people you never asked for a loan and you want them to take their money back. Its a scam, if you applied for any loans online and gave out your bank info it apparently gets shared and they can e-sign your name on a loan application and theres no way to prove it wasn't you.

  • My bank gave me a number it is 1888-302-5315. I spoke to someone and they told me to send a copy of my bank statement to let them no the money was still in the account. I emailed the statement and they have not taken it out of my account. Do not give them your email address I did and they sent me this bogas loan agreement 12 pages long. If they did email you something it will be in your junk mail. Please close your account before the loan agreement date, i'm afraid they will continue to take money and they will take intrest for a loan that you didn't apply for. They can take me to court if they would like that would be fine with me . If they contact my job I will sue them for harrasment.

  • I just experienced this today. The States office called me and gave me the phone number and a case number to call. so I called them and the company was called ACS. they were very rude. when I asked to send me some documentation i got nothing. They said they did but i checked my email address and did not. i asked for the phone number of this hydra fund place and they wouldnt give it to me. I googled them and still could not find anything. I didnt sign any docuemnts getting this $200 loan that just showed up out of nowhere in my account. how am I suppose to return the money if that company will not even respond.
