    On 6/10/2013 at 9:00 AM PST I sent a detailed email to [email protected] explaining that they are registered on Scambook but are not actively resolving any complaints. I stated that I am willing to assist them with any questions they may have regarding moving forward. I provided all of my direct contact information and am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated if the situation progresses or changes in anyway.

  • I spoke with a customer service rep today at DermaPure!!!
    She told me that the FREE sample for $4.95 was only good for 14 days. If you don't call them specifically before the 14 days were done to cancel, then you are automatically charged the full $89.95, and that will continue to be charged to you every month ongoing. I checked the packaging and the postmark on my DermaPure was mailed 10 days after I was charged the $4.95. How could I have tried the product and have an opinion on it's worth in 2 days???? Honestly it took me 2 days to even open the package so I was screwed from the beginning.

  • This is pretty much what happened to me. I paid the shipping charge for a free sample jar.I don't recall any info about this being an ongoing shipment and charge of $89.95. I just recently received an unordered jar that was charged to my credit card. I will be contacting my credit card company to accept no further charges from this company.

  • I have tried that 1-888-534-3596 number for the DermaPure to do a return and get a refund and have tried before my trial date was over so as not to be charged and it does not work. A lady answers and she has no clue why the company has given out her number so I too do not know how to contact this company!!! Can anyone help???

  • I did some research today and got a different phone number for Dermapure...1-888-534-3596... I spoke to Rose and told her the numbers on invoice and web/email addresses were bogus, she said they have the option of changing their number! I told her that was shitty customer service! I was given a cancellation number, which I then in turn reported to my credit card co. Also was told that if I wanted a credit for the dollars charged to me that I would need to return the product and I was given a return number. I told her it stinks, since I was only supposed to be charged 1.95! good luck!
