- Hi, anonymous. You can contact the company at 888-356-1146. All the contact information is also on the website, and likely in the emails you received about your order as well. It sounds like you chose optional up sells on the website. Since there is a 365 day money-back guarantee, they will refund you if you give them a call. In most cases, you can contact your bank and they'll work with you as well, if the business is closed. It's likely you didn't need to go as far as to cancel your card. Best regards.

- Hi, Anonymous. Scamb00k will not help you with a refund. It's only a complaint site. You can call the company you ordered from at 888-356-1146 and Customer Support will be happy to clear up what you ordered with you. If you ordered online, the only way you could order both versions of the book would be if you selected "YES" to add the optional up sell for the printed version. That should be indicated on the receipt you received by email immediately after you placed your order. Thanks.

- Hi, Lottie. It's impossible for the company to charge your credit card unless you provided the credit card number and placed the order yourself online. However, you can call 888-356-1146 to get the issue resolved. This site is not able to do that for you.
