  • A caller with an identical approach today (13 March 2015) escalated from a reasonable 'technician' persona to a 'manager' when I refused to download an executable file at http://www.globalconnectcloud.com/gcc/. He soon likewise threatened to withdraw 'my licence' and made noises to this effect. As the computer did not close down, I assume the executable simply gave remote access to interfere with the licence. It is not easy to hang up on these people!

  • The real Microsoft store where I purchased this computer discovered GCC had disabled many settings, removed drivers etc. and rendered a computer that was working perfectly prior to GCC getting remote access, unusable. Since the computer was less than one month old, Microsoft gave me a new computer. Too many people have had similar experiences, and I do question your motive for coming on a site that reports scams.

  • There are some people who are trying to create problems for the services of the Global connect cloud services.Being a customer of this legitimate company for around a year & I am highly satisfied with the dedicated services.They are providing computer tech support but on genuine and valuable prizes.It should be made into consideration once you visit their physical website.First they give full technical support to the infected computers and they rectify all the issues and then they are taking the payments, they believe in a customer satisfaction and i really appereciate their work...
