  • Hi I also asked for a trial, but I never received it and they have deducted the 4.95 and 69.95 on my accounts. I forgot the name of their product.. Can you give it to me?? So that te can search it and I can call their customer service so I cancalled orders. Thanks..

  • Hi the same thing happen to me said i was only going to pay for the p&p but I didn't get nothing threw my door but didn't think nothing of this I sign up for it the end of december 2011. I was checking my online banking for something till I came across the Biouk and it taken £69.95 on the 14 Feb and another 2x that in January I wasn't happy as I didn't know who this company was so what I done is phone my bank up and they told me what had happen so I was like how am I going to get my money back they told me they was going to refund me the 2 paymant that was taking from January and got to wait till the 28 Feb to get this month refund if I was you I would phone you bank up and see if they can help you and ask them to cancel any more paymant from this company to stop taken your money off you even those they taken 3 paymants of me I stil not had nothing

  • hi i had the same thing happen to me but they took 2x £69.95 from my account, only after i went through my internet history did i find the company. and contacted them to stop the payments just now!!! they were rude refused me a refund but im not giving up!
