  • go to www.trykunilift.com then terms and conditions they give you 14 days and you have to return the bottle to stop the transaction out of your account in a timely manner it was 12 days before i even got mine .I only had 2 days to comply but calling they did not offer information on canceling or that you have to return the bottle they hope to extend your time so you will forget and not return the bottle in time.then they legally have you where they want you plaese act fast read there terms and conitions dont be a sucker like i was.if you do njot return the bottle they will charge your account.the phone number is on there site.1-888-623-2599 but make sure they understand you are cancelling and you will return there precous bottle dont let them extend your trial unless your just buying time to send the bottle back.

  • I found kunulifts phone number, it's: 888-623-2599.pen M-F, 8am to 5pm, pacific time. Eastern is time is 3 hours ahead of pacific. I called, to late, the number is valid. Also, call 866-269-1550 to cancel future shipments of the Kollagen call, 866-269-1550, they gave me a cancellation number at least. Please let me know if this has helped you any. I've been searching and searching to find their number! I pray you read my remarks!

  • Call you bank and tell them you've been a victim of fraud. My bank works this way. They put a temporary hold on your account and then will send you a new debit/credit/check card, mine cost $7.00. That way Kunulift will not be able to access your account in the future. Or you can try calling them at: 888-623-2599, M-F 8am to 5pm Pacific time. Eastern time is 3 hours ahead so call, 11am to 8pm. Hope this helps.

  • What I want to make sure of is that this company does not automatically go ahead and charge another shippment to my credit card for next months 30 day supply. I guess I can contact my bank and make a block on the company or cancel my credit card completely? Not sure what to do or how to proceed, but want to let others know what a scam this turned out to be. I only hope that the stupid trial samples work as advertised, but I only received the products today in my regular mail. GOOD LUCK TO OTHERS AND HOPE YOU READ THIS SITE BEFORE YOU MAKE AN ORDER.   • I to fell for the free sample for kunilift. They asked me for my address and to pay for the shipping. I put the information in and I have now received 2 more bottles that I never ordered. There is no phone numbers on the packing slip to cancel this product. Its very expensive and I never authorized them to send me anymore of this. I am sending the second one back and where is the proof that they received it back so theY credit my acct. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!

    You contacted our office on 01/11/2012 and we gladly extended your trial until 01/23/2012. We were happy to do this so you could continue to use the product to see the amazing results our other customers really love. We were never contacted by you indicating that you wanted to cancel. We were under the impression that you enjoyed the product and would enjoy the convenience and savings of our KunuLift Preferred Customer Club. You only contacted us after you were charged. Please call us if you would like to discuss this further.

  • I ordered the product and was enrolled in the 14day trial. The trial period was clearly stated on my checkout, they even offered extend my trial if I didn't receive it in a timely manner. I think it's great I got to sample the product first, I'm on my second bottle now! Shame on people who acknowledge the terms but blame the company for their own actions!

  • I also ordered from there website KunuLift. the cream ended up working better than the stuff I used.I do enjoy myslef the ease of getting a bottle every month. It saves me a trip to Nordstroms to buy my old face cream and i like that they give you free priority shipping. I guess everyone has an opinioon though!
