    On 04/23/2013 at 01:20 PM PST I dialed (866) 608-8182, and (866) 920-8009 to contact SaverCity.com. Their numbers are not in service. I sent a detailed e-mail to [email protected] informing SaverCity.com about their public business profile and posted consumer complaints on Scambook. I left all of my direct contact information and I am waiting for a response. I will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

    Sorry for the late reply, I'm not sure why the website wasn't working for you! Maybe just a tech issue that day.
    Unfortunately the $100 in gasoline is for active members only, however since you were led to believe that it was a free gift we would be happy to honor that.
    Please note that we also refunded all the charges that you received for both SaversCity.ca and HolidaySavers.ca.

    I'm very sorry about the experience you had with our programs! We do record and review 100% of our calls to make sure that all the terms are explained and that the customer is aware that there are 2 different programs. If we find a customer was enrolled or billed in error we offer full refunds.
    Since you were under the impression that the $100 gasoline rebate and the 2 free airline tickets were an unconditional free gift we would like to honor that.

    Are you sure that you are a member of the program SaversCity.ca? We either give our customers a free trial or charge $1.95 for the trial period and our monthly fee is $17.83/month not $19.95.

    Please check the name of the company beside the charge to see if it was for SaversCity.ca.

    Are you sure that you are a member of SaversCity.ca? Please check the billing descriptor beside the charges you have received as SaversCity.ca does not charge $19.95 per month (we charge $17.83)
