I am going to send the books back when they arrive and see if I can get them to credit me back. If not I will be taking some sort of action against them. Maybe even come back here and make another complaint against them.

They tell you the shipping is free and then you find out you have to sign up and join free shipping.com and pay them in order to get a 15.00 rebate to cover the shipping charges for the doubleday book club. I found the number on my bank account and called. Told them it was false advertising and demanded they cancel the account and put the money back into my account or I would contact the attorney general and report them. They did and then I called free shipping.com and cancelled them also. I hope this helps.
