  • ok...when i am wrong i will admit it. Now this company did not make it clear about when I would receive my materials. I did finally reach the company. They were very nice and helpful. I will get the first issue in March. The free books are 4 weeks back order. So I feel much better. The problem this co. says they have with people is that they don't read everything and when the subcription comes up the next year, people get upset with why are you taking my money out of my account. They signed for it. they didn't remember...that is why they have so many people on SCAM. Makes sense to me...

    look at that big paragraph at the bottom with the highlighted part that says "Please check to confirm you have read the above statement." You obviously checked that to be able to order the book. That statement, oddly enough, says you will be charged a $49 fee for The Franklin Prosperity Report, among other charges, and that you can cancel anytime. This isn't an unauthorized charge, it was clearly authorized by you.

  • I emailed Newsmax and they credited my account the $49. I caution people signing on for free deals as they usually include a free trial to their many newsletters. Once the free trial nears expiration, you will get an email that looks like a spam ad. Mine arrived a few days before Christmas. Embedded in it is a statement that you must respond to terminate the newsletter or you will automatically be charged. Technically, not a scam, but I was fooled and I feel sorry for the elderly that get sucked into this.

  • Please call ur CC and tell them it is fradulent and u dispute this charge. They will immediately put u in charge with the guilty and u MF them and refuse to budge. Credit cards carry zero liability to customers for fradulent/bad transactions. Hope this works 4 u. If it does please pass it on to others

  • I ordered online DVDS, when they finally arrived the picture quality was fuzzy and third rate.
    There was no return label on the package and it was mailed from China. So the company says you have 30 days from date ordered to return, but who do you return the item to. The web site just has contact customer service which I did and I'm waiting to hear back from them. I'm still waiting...... I just want my money back and somewhere to return this poor quality of a project.
