  • I placed my order on 10/28/11; there were no notices of special order at that time, but when I sent an e-mail in December, pointing this out, the owner, Brandon Mysliwiec responded and said that I was mistaken, their website had "ALWAYS" had the special order disclosure. Thank you for confirming that your experience was the same. He has changed the name of his business now to BK Eternity Corp or BKE Corp and is claiming that new business is in no way related to the old business BK Industries. According to an interview with a local newspaper, Brandon admitted that there are "about 5000" unfulfilled orders...now his computers have crashed and he has lost all the information on the unfulfilled orders. This creep is just moving from one business to another, ripping people off and his local authorities say they can't charge him with theft because they can't prove that he "intended" to steal our money.

  • I will contact the officer. I believe they are looking for a "theft" charge which they will have a hard time to get the evidence needed. This is not a question of "theft" it is a crime of fraud, and in this case it will be interstate fraud. Theft would be a minor charge. This person has committed interstate fraud which puts it in the hands of federal authorities. You just have to take the baby steps to get there. You have to start out at the local level and take the steps up to the federal level. I am not in anyway wanting to see this guy do local time....I want him to do federal time.
