  • This may or may not be the same company. America's Finest Publishers also has an 'F' rating and listed being in Decatur, GA. Just call the police in Decatur or Doraville, tell them the amount you lost to the company, the company name and phone number. Otherwise, the police cannot shut a company down for fraud, unless loss is shown.

  • America's Finest Publishers is listed as being out of Decatur, GA and listed with an 'F' rating with the BBB. An ex-employee is stating online that the company is the same as USA's Finest Publishers, but that may not be the case as that company (also scamming people with a 5k sweepstakes, saying the person has 'won' but charging their credit card for high sums of money instead) is out of Atlanta, GA. If you lost money, call the local police in Decatur, GA that have jurisdiction over that area - if you can prove loss, the police can go after them, and possibly shut them down.

  • Same circumstance, same price (97.17) being charged to my mother's credit card - if you agree to the lesser price, they still charge what they want and argue with you about it. The company uses different names over the years when they call or mail people - look out for USA's Finest Publishers, Nationwide Publishers, Winners Choice publishers, Publishing Clearing house, America's Finest Publishers and Publishers of America. Overpriced mag subscriptions charging your card multiple times just to enter you into their 'sweepstakes' when you call in and find out you are not a 'winner'. It is illegal to charge anyone, just to enter a contest or sweepstakes. If you have lost money under any of these company names, call Doraville Police at 770-458-8561 and reference case# 2013-090337 - give as much info as possible with your complaint. The company and its staff cannot be thrown in jail, unless there is proof of loss!
