- I just wanted to follow up and say that I received a refund once my comment was found on Scambook.com and BBB. The family that owns this business had a very rough patch late last year and dropped the ball on a number of orders. It still isn't right but I did want to follow up and say that they reimbursed me, made several attempts to call me to apologize, and also sent me a free box of lotions which was completely unnecessary. While I would never try to buy from them again, I would like to believe that they are making up for their serious errors last fall.

- I first would like to say I have received a refund for my purchase not received. I also just received an email from the company to apologize for the unprocessed order and would like me to contact them to further explain. It seems there has been a miscommunication in the company therefore my transaction was missed as well as others as I am reading. The CEO apologized to me for the mix up profusely. As a person who works for a manufacturing toy company I know first hand things slip throw the cracks and accepted the apology. I hope you will all receive what you have ordered. I wll be placing a new order as they have things to offer that I haven't seen other places and hope this follow-up convinces you also that this is. Legitimate company. You may email me through this thred I believe if you would like to verify with me as well. I know once someone is skeptic it may take awhile to believe.
