  • Hi Virginia,
    you are very lucky is you just lost 2.95 not receiving your package. The real scam is they will charge you for 74.95 once you received the free trial and do not claim on the "money back garantee" within 12 days (what you will not do as you did not pay for the product, so you do not have anything to claim back). You then enter their program of being charge a 74.95 every month for getting a new bottle every month. This small print is cleverly hidden in the "money back garantee".

    Then get on to your bank immediately, stop all future payments and request that your bank overturn and refund the payments as you did not authorise payment. Be firm!!!   • I have been the mugged in the same way as others. Contacted my credit card company who cancelled the account and gave me the phone number to ring. However because I had 'agreed' to the subscription they couldn't get the money back. Got through to them after a few minutes and threatened all sorts of damnation if I didnt' get a refund. I have been given 2 ref numbers for the two amounts taken which will appear in the account within 7-10 days.......... I shall believe it when I see it and will post again, watch this space.

  • I received the new products that I didn't order 3 days ago. I was surprised and when paying my monthly credit card account yesterday, noticed that the company debited my card without my authorisation in December 2011.. I haven't been able to contact the company. The phone number on the despatch form, is not connected. The original products which I ordered as a free trial were just a free trial. I didn't request any more products. I would like to return the products, but I am unable to contact anyone. I sincerely would like your advise.babs54
