  • Similar problem on my end. Your credit card company should stand behind you on this. Alert them to the numerous similar complaints on this site. Have your credit card company set up a 3 way call with Pureberry, Nutridaxa and yourself. Tell Pureberry, while on the phone with your credit card company, to send you proof that you AGREED to this continuing charge. Then file a report with the Better Business Bureau in Colorado as well as the State Attorney General. Both sites you can access on line, very simple to file a report. Feel free to contact me with any additional questions.

  • Brenda, all I can tell you is that I have had the same problem with this company, apparently, according to the other complaints on this site, others have had similar problems. If you paid with your credit card, call them, explain the situation and have your credit card company put this in dispute. Ask for verification from Pureberry that you agreed to a continuing charge on your credit card. Also, report this to the Better Business Bureau in Colorado. It is quite easy to make a report. Please note that the BBB has this company listed as Nutridaxa, LLC, at 10940 S. Parker Road, Parker Colorado. There is also similar complaints listed on the BBB file. I'm curious if the ad you saw implied that Rachel Ray was promoting this product. That is what I saw on my end which is why I decided to order it. I have also notified Rachel Ray since Pureberry claims they have no association with Rachel Ray and they do not know what I'm talking about that Rachel Ray was promoting their product. I also reported this to the ATtorney General in Colorado, quite easy to file a report on line. Please feel free to contact me back. Thank you.

  • Contact your bank IMEDIATELY and cancel your credit/debit card before these scammers help themselves to more of your money. This is the only way to stop these scammers from doing more unauthorised transactions.
Check your account statement for the merchant name that they have used to charge the fraudulent amounts, they will appear as website address's such as buyhlper.com, hightrendauctions.com, hlpsupp.com etc etc or some other random name, there are many they use to try and scam people.
Then file a notification of disputed transaction with your bank so their fraud division can investigate the charges. Tell them you have never had any contact with the merchants on your account and insist they claim fraud on your behalf. Credit Card International Rules do allow for the reversal of fraudulent transactions.
Don't trust them to sort anything over the phone or email, they are just trying to keep you waiting in hope for a refund or resolution so they can access your account again and steal more money.
