    I made an additional contact to HydraWhite on 9/11/2013. I spoke with a customer service representative in regards to their consumer complaints. The representative was unable to help me and took down my contact information in order to have the proper party return my call. I await their response and will update everyone as the situation progresses.

    Subsequent to my original letter I went further back into my account which shows an additional amount of £ 48.41 was drawn down from my account on the 27th Sept2012.....This was exactly fourteen days from the original so called Sample payment.

    Sadly it looks like an elaborate scam with the help of a little Dental jargon, also a well hidden agenda of timed payments without specific agreement.

    This account is under Bank scrutiny and still open but with minimal funds ... The rest has been withdrawn. My total loss is £101.18.

    Sadly having visited the USA on several occasions both for business and pleasure also spent large sums in both arenas it is disappointing that this should happen. I guess that I will avoid this type of contact in the future.

    The company tell me that as I didn't inform them within eight days from the sample that I didn't want to proceed they automatically action a full course. As I was away on Holiday for several weeks commencing prior to the sample delivery I would have automatically missed their self imposed time frame anyhow. What must be questioned is not simply dates but the question of unintentional liability which leads me to the conclusion that I may well have been scammed by a scheme that is designed to do just that..   • I have also been scammed by these people. I ordered a sample
    for £3.32 including p&p on 5/9/12, but checking my statement at the weekend, I found that they have now deducted another£48.37 from my Account. The bank has promised to cancel any further payment. I really do not understand how companies can be within the law to behave in this manner regardless of what damage they are inflicting on the public! Why can't they be stopped?

  • To all of you who has a problem with HYDRAWHITE. The number next the the name HYDRAWHITE CONNECTIONS is their phone number. Just ad a 1 and call them, they will cancel the account. Gaston Jacques. ( apparently when you sign for the sample it says that you have 8 days to decide if you lke it or not ) if you don t contact them they take for granted that it s ok )

  • Here is even more fun info. I called customer service a few times, when I requested a RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization Number) as stated in the terms and conditions. I was speaking with a "supervisor" Renee, badge ID # 1056, Office address, 22100 East 26th Ave. Unit 100, Aurora, Colorado , 80019. she stated that the terms and conditions did not apply to me. She said it was all explained in the email they sent me on Dec 9th. I have never received this "special email". I have not cleaned out my email folders in months. Junk mail is held for 14 days before auto delete. I went through every folder while keeping her on the phone, and no email from hydrawhite. Then she tells me that the site I ordered from also has those terms and conditions. I had her spellout the web address, went there, read to her the return policy and the terms and conditions. She states again the return policy does not apply to me, and the terms and conditions do not apply to me, only the ones in this mystery email that was never received on the 8th, 9th, or 10th of DEC. Renee stated that it was sent on the 9th and that I must have accidently deleted it. Looked in the deleted folder as well. I have mail in there from the 1st of DEC. Nothing in any folder from hydrawhite.
