I fully informed Mark of the 16 posted consumer complaints and public business profile regarding Resorts Plus International on Scambook. Mark informed me that a supervisor named Jeff would be the person to speak to, and to try calling back next Tuesday. I will call Resorts Plus International again next week and will keep everyone updated as the situation progresses.

  • Resorts Plus International INC is a real fraud company.
    I have been scammed for about $5000. I was fool enough to open an account with them. They did not share the password to their website for three days which was the deadline for cancelling the contract.
    They do not offer any great travel discounts. They actually suck at it. Please don't waste your time and money with them.

    I am totally stunned and surprised to learn that such a company can operate in this lawful country.

    I need help for getting my money back. Anybody out there ?

  • OK i just talked to spirit incentives on the phone.
    They are the third party that provides the vacation certificate.

    [email protected] Send them an email with your questions and phone number and they will call you. they responded to my read receipt showing it was read and called me 8 hrs later. VERY FAST RESPONSE

    Bad reviews, but so far they have been very nice and seem to be honest.

    They tell me what is posted is a "request for a vacation certificate" not the actual "vacation certificate". we are to fill it out and mail it with our choice and they will mail our actual vacation certificate.
    from that point and to make sure to READ THE FINE PRINT carefully.

    I will post it when it arrives.

    We wanted the Royal Caribbean cruise, but she told us we don't get to select the cruise line it will be either Royal Caribbean, Carnival, or Norwegian. More later....

  • We chosse the Las Vegas trip, which was a voucher we paid $100? for. We attempted to take the trip however they wanted us to take a 18 hour 4 leg plane trip from Tampa to Las Vegas? Impossible for our schedule. So we canceled it the trip, so we did finally received our $100 deposit back. We did take a 7 day, Carival Legend cruise we paid for using Resorts International which we saved on using the booking service. It is hit or miss trying to book trips you have to be ready to drop everything and go when trips are offered on the site.

    We have the pitch lined up for Sunday. Were not buying either, were looking just for the free cruise. can i ask you some questions? Did you get your voucher for your time spent? if so did you use it? were there any hidden catches, like availability. Your still within your year to use it can you call and see what they say? thanks
    We travel with Royal Caribbean all the time. $498+Gratuities total is not to bad for the 5 day cruise its normally $698 plus port and tax+Gratuities.

Do you book it thru RPI. Do you still deal with this company did you ever try to take the free cruise
