  • I also was charged exorbitant amounts by Mango Metaburn when I did not receive any products. They started to hit my credit card weekly and all up there was about $2,000 worth of so called products sent out that I never received!!! They are well known by the New Zealand Credit Card companies for their fraud and I was most fortunate to get my money back but I was told by the bank that I would be very fortunate if I did get any money back as there were many that have not been successful in receiving money fraudulently obtained! They are the most dreadful people to deal with on the telephone, they lie blatantly to you on the phone, they are absolutely scam artists and they should not be allowed to advertise and practice anywhere!!!

  • I have ordered this product months ago. I live in Holland, and they charge my creditcard now for 2 times, over the 100 euro. My creditcard company cant stop this, and today i send the package back from where it came from (salt lake city) But the adress is weird, cant find a thing of the company on internet, and dont know how to contact them. There has to be something that we can do so they cant take our money????

  • Ik ben met hetzelfde geconfronteerd. Ook mij is er naast de betaling voor het proefpakket 222 USD van mijn credit card gehaald. Deze heb ik inmiddels laten blokkeren, en ik heb een verklaring voor een betwiste transactie opgestuurd naar ICS Cards. Tevens contact met ICS Cards opgenomen en melding gemaakt van deze praktijken, zodat anderen hier misschien niet meer de dupe van worden. Ik hoop dat mijn betwiste transactie terecht wordt verklaard, maar wil iedereen waarschuwen dus niet de african mango en metaburn aan te schaffen, want je wordt besodemieterd waar je bij staat

  • Through their website I ordered a free trial which I have paid for.

    Now I am stuck to a subscription which I did not ask for. Also I did not receive any confirmation email from you or correspondence. March 28, 2012, they charged me for $ 222 for things I did not order/receive.

    I also contacted my creditcard company and we are both busy to get my money back. They asked me to email to the next adresses to cancel my subscription (which I'm not awear of I had a subscription):

  • Further to my previous comment and the question posted by MOS.
    The "trial pills" actually turned up and after checking with my doctor I started taking them in accordance with the instructions.
    Do they actually work?
    Not a gram/ounce or whatever the weight measurement is where you are located. I'll finish the bottles and update this post.

  • I got absolutely nowhere trying to deal with the company so I got in touch with my bank. I filed a dispute with my bank, closed my debit card and got a new one. It took about two weeks but I got all my money back. That is the best way to deal with these kind of people. It was a little inconvenient to have to change my card number with all my creditors but it was worth it just for the satisfaction of not letting them get away with it. Good Luck To All
